Why Prenatal Yoga? and how will it benefit me in my pregnancy, labor, and afterwards?
Prenatal yoga affords you a chance to gather in a community which provides an atmosphere to share stories and information
with other expectant mothers.  No prior yoga experience necessary.
In preparation for the birth the physical benefits are numerous inclusive of helping relieve pregnancy aches and pains, helping to strengthen and to  provide stamina, The movements are designed to help open the hips/pelvis and to help with baby positioning.
In preparation of birth through breathing exercises and pranayama the benefits of relaxing and calming the mind are experienced.
Classes are structured to be safe and supportive with yoga postures modified for the needs of your trimester, to  cultivate a breath practice, and a relaxing practice in the preparation of the birth "and" the same benefits carry forward afterwards.
