How dose yoga work?


Yoga is a system of philosophy and self-study of ones body, mind and energy source. It is not a passive approach to health but an active one. Students of yoga are encouraged to go within, to be both scientist and detective on matters of their own health and well-being. While it is easier, it is not always the best route to look externally or to someone else for the answers. Life is about balance and being an active participant.
